In 2002 a couple of techies from Infosys chanced upon a approx. 200 acre plus plot of land on the outskirts of Bengaluru -Sarjapur-Attibelle link road. It did not matter that they had to negotiate miles of pot-holed roads before arriving at the Clover Fields residential layout, since once they were there, the entire idea of residents living on a one-acre ‘farm’, with state-of-the-art facilities and a 17-acre clubhouse, clear night skies, and an ambiance considerably cooler than Bengaluru, immediately gripped them.
